Principles of organization and development- first class experience

The light drizzle didn't make me to take the umbrella from my bag when I was heading towards my classroom for the second day in NITIE. I reached it and was waiting for the Communication & Negotiation Skills Professor like my friends. The class turned silent when Sir walked into the room.I was taking the notebook from my bag and suddenly there was some commotion as students walked towards the class's dais, yes the Sir asked us to come and sit on the floor and he himself sat on the dais. Then we all came to know that he is Dr.Prasad, our Principles Of Organizations and Management Professor and also the man behind the success of "Mandi".

Most of us had some idea about the interesting and most successful event Mandi, where the students go to the streets and sell the product to the people and it happens in NITIE every year. And after seeing him we asked more questions about it and he elaborated on them very politely with a broad smile on his face.He also showed an innovative product developed by the engineering graduates and how they were able to make profit on it.He also shared his experience of selling the product to the people and the idea to expand Mandi to all parts of the country.

The experience of having the class on the floor was very different and it reminded me of exact guru shishya learning model and thanks Sir for making me to write the first blog.
